Any sole proprietorship, partnership or private limited company can qualify for BSF grants if it meets the following criteria:
1. Number of employees is less than 250
2. Annual Turnover is less than Rs. 250Million
3. Operating for at least 3 years
4. Registered with Sales Tax Department, if required
5. Registered taxpayer i.e. has a National Tax Number (NTN)
